Cancellation & Termination Policy

Last updated: June 2, 2026

Welcome to Aeccore Learn. We dedicate our platform to maintaining a secure, productive, and respectful learning environment. This policy outlines the precise structural conditions under which user cancellations, platform withdrawals, suspensions, or terminal enforcement actions are regulated.

1. User-Initiated Cancellations & Refund Framework

1.1 Voluntary Program Cancellation: Subscribers seeking to withdraw from an enrolled program must submit a formal request via email from their registered user ID to info@aeccore.in. No verbal, text-based, or alternative communication channel constitutes an official notice of withdrawal.

1.2 Stipulated Withdrawal Deadlines (Cash Payments):

  • Prior to Batch Lock: If a cancellation request is submitted in writing at least twenty-five (25) calendar days before the officially scheduled batch commencement date, the subscriber is eligible to receive a refund of the basic course tuition fee.
  • Administrative Deductions: In all valid cancellation scenarios, registration processing costs, structural down payments, or external integration service fees are explicitly non-refundable and will be deducted from the net payout.
  • Post-Commencement Forfeiture: Any cancellation notice received less than 25 days before course launch, or after batch delivery has initiated, results in total fee forfeiture. No partial or prorated tuition payouts will be issued under any circumstances.

1.3 Loan Financed Restrictions: Subscribers pursuing an Aeccore Learn program through third-party student loans, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), or direct EMIs forfeit the voluntary cancellation right once the financial resource is disbursed or approved by the lender. Repayment obligations remain strictly governed by the lender's framework, and Aeccore Learn will issue no manual cash reversals.

Important Note on System Revocation: Following a processed programmatic cancellation, all interactive dashboard assets, cloud computing pipelines, learning management system entries, and dedicated mentor communication networks are structurally severed.

2. Grounds for Immediate Administrative Termination or Suspension

Aeccore Learn reserves the absolute right to restrict, suspend, or terminate user profiles, database keys, and platform operations without prior notification or judicial intervention if a user is determined to have violated any of the following parameters:

A. Violation of the Educational Code of Conduct

Behavioral metrics must remain professional. Immediate termination applies to accounts engaged in aggressive posturing, cyberbullying, defamatory statements across social channels, or targeted harassment aimed at mentors, student peers, corporate advisors, or platform personnel.

B. Compromise of System Integrity & Intellectual Property

Any attempts to reverse engineer programmatic architectures, execute scrapers, deploy data crawlers, export proprietary source configurations, or redistribute curriculum files outside the authorized ecosystem constitutes a structural breach resulting in localized blocking and immediate legal reporting.

C. Academic Malfeasance & Disruption

Plagiarism, falsification of capstone presentation data, execution of concurrent multi-user account shares, or systemic obstruction of cohort session operations will prompt a rapid system lock and permanent programmatic dismissal.

3. Account Reactivation and Grievance Mechanics

3.1 Indefinite Status: Administrative lockouts, profile bans, or system exclusions enacted due to disciplinary or transactional defaults remain active indefinitely. Disconnected users are explicitly barred from initiating duplicate profiles under alternative identifiers.

3.2 Explicit Authorization: Reinstatement of an inactive or restricted profile requires structural verification and written authorization from the Aeccore Learn administrative panel. Re-admission remains entirely at our sole discretion.

4. Consequences of Terminal Enforcement Actions

Upon account termination or system-level expulsion, the following parameters immediately apply to the user:

  1. Immediate Revocation: All access rights to software environments, specialized licenses, video archives, and course content elements instantly cease.
  2. Asset Clearance: Saved content logs, active project repositories, and platform data entries are removed from active servers.
  3. Financial Forfeiture: Users dismissed from the platform due to terms violations or behavioral misconduct are completely ineligible for any tuition payouts or residual refunds.

5. Surviving Obligations & Indemnity

5.1 Account deactivation or programmatic termination does not dissolve your legal liabilities. The structural provisions protecting corporate intellectual property, platform ownership terms, proprietary design assets, and confidential metrics remain fully operational.

5.2 Enrolled users and hiring partners agree to insulate, defend, and hold harmless Aeccore Learn, its parent networks, and administrative representatives from all programmatic liabilities, loss balances, legal expenditures, or damages arising out of systemic terms violations or unauthorized system access.
